An area of student need, involving fine (small) physical motor skills of the fingers and hands.

A diagnosed inherited condition, caused by a 'fragile' or broken site on the X chromosome, resulting in mental and physical impairment.

A numeric value given to overall intelligence on the standardized Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC). The FSIQ is determined by ten core subtests and up to five supplemental tests. The FSIQ is comprised of four scores: verbal comprehension, perceptual reasoning, processing speed and working memory.
An examination of the function of a student’s behaviour in an attempt to develop strategies to alter the behaviour. FBA is often utilized with students with ASD.
